Yonca, Esra, Hasan and Çınar were very close friends. Yoncaloved swimming and collecting stamps, but she didn’t like jellyfish at all. Esra, on the other hand, was a neat and tidy girl who loved reading books. Hasan adored animals and loved watching movies on his tablet. Çınar was always thinking about food but could never say no to playing football. They all shared one common trait: they loved exploring and discovering new things. One day, the group gathered again. Esra excitedly said that she had discovered something new. The others eagerly asked, “What did you find?” Esra quickly answered, “Yesterday while reading a book, I learned about an island called Sangora. It said there are some very unique caves there.” Çınar added, “According to legends, the bears in those caves can talk.”

Yonca responded, “That’s impossible, there’s no such thing.”

However, since Hasan loved animals and bears, he said, “Why not? Let’s get ready and go to Sangora! The sooner, the better. Everyone go ask your parents for permission,” and he ran home.

Yonca commented, “Hasan runs as fast as a cheetah.”

Esra said to herself, “I have such a pure heart.”

Çınar added, “Don’t forget to bring food with you on the way home.”

“Oh Çınar, now is not the time to think about your stomach,” said Esra.

Morning came. It was hard to get permission from their parents, but they managed to get it in the end. Finally, they boarded the plane. Hasan and Çınar were so excited that they started dancing in the plane. The flight attendant warned them, so they stopped dancing. Meanwhile, Yonca and Esrawere researching Sangora Island on their tablet. Just as Yoncawas about to count how many stamps she had in her collection, they arrived at Sangora. Hasan was the first to get off the plane. As they set out for the cave, Çınar slowed down the group because he started eating.

Hasan asked Esra and Yonca, “What’s the name of the cave?”

Esra answered the question, “The cave is called Altıntaş.”

They had arrived at the cave. The surroundings were damp and smelled of humidity, there were sounds of insects, and the ground was rough. Yonca said, “I guess the cave is called Altıntaş because everything here is made of gold.”

Suddenly, a noise came from the depths of the cave. Hasan turned on his flashlight and said, “It sounds like an angry bear.”

Çınar replied, “Of course there would be a bear in a cave, that’s totally normal.”

Yonca and Esra’s legs turned to ice from fear because the bear was standing right in front of them. Hasan, hoping the bear could talk, asked, “How are you?”

The bear answered, “I’m fine.”

Hasan was overjoyed. Yonca and Esra’s fears vanished. Çınar, who hadn’t been very scared, immediately jumped forward and asked the bear, “Do you know how to play football?”

The bear said he did.

Yonca, thinking smartly, asked, “What’s your name?”

The bear replied, “My name is Leki.”

Esra asked, “Do you know anything about bears, Leki?”

“Of course I do,” said the bear.

Esra added, “And you can even talk! In that case, you should come to our country, Manolya, and share your knowledge about bears with us.”

Leki said, “Sure.”

Esra, Yonca, Hasan, Çınar, and Leki boarded the plane, and when they arrived in Manolya, they informed their families about the situation. The next day, Leki was registered as a bear expert. Yonca, Esra, Hasan, and Çınar became Leki’sassistants. Leki’s group entered many competitions and became the best bear experts in the country of Manolya, and thus their adventures continued.
